New Music: Russ – ‘Put You on Game’

In the coming year, Russ will release new music.

He returned tonight with “Put You on Game,” a song that advises us a few things we need to keep in mind in order to develop well over a Japanese sample from the 1970s. He previously sampled Justin Timberlake on “Home,” which was released in mid-December.

Some of the ideas the Atlanta-based rapper and singer is attempting to get over include: it’s acceptable to cut people off in some circumstances, you should quit buying pot and instead purchase a plane ticket, and one should occasionally take the blame rather than constantly blaming others.
